Dear Parishioners,
Please see my Second Sunday in Lent Message reminding us how this season of Lent is a time for us to make sacrifices so that God the Father, and Jesus His Son, can be transfigured in our eyes, mind, and heart.

Dear Parishioners,
We are beginning a new year of the Pastoral Services Appeal. This year our parish assessment remains the same as last year, which is $113,000. A new program that has been added to this year’s PSA is funding of the Priest Pension Fund for our Diocesan Priests. This will save our parish $11,000 from our annual budget so it is like a decrease in our assessment. Last year our parish contributed $128,000.00 to the PSA and the parish received $15,000.00 in rebates.
We are putting the final touches on our Small Hall refurbishing and this project which was funded by rebates from the last two years will be complete by the end of March. We wanted to complete this project while no groups were able to utilize the building. It will be ready for use once we get the go-ahead to resume indoor gatherings.
Thank you to all who have participated in the PSA in the past and I invite and strongly encourage all to participate in this year’s appeal. Letters from the Diocese have been mailed to past supporters of the PSA. These letters explain this year’s appeal.
Included to the right is a Link to the Diocese video presentation for this year’s appeal.
Thank you in advance for participating in this appeal and remember that every dollar above our assessment will be returned to the parish. Due to the continued pandemic and financial uncertainty, we will use our rebates to help balance our budget.
Please make your pledge online by using the PSA link below or fill out a Pledge Card that can be found in the church. Return the Pledge Card in the collect basket, drop it off at the Parish Office or mail it to the return address shown on the card.
Thank you for your continued support of the PSA and our parish.

Dear Parishioners,
We resume indoor Masses on Saturday February 20th with the 4:00 Vigil Mass. We are allowed 25% capacity which is 187 people. Please enter through the main doors at the front of the church and exit through the doors in the transepts leading to the large and small parking lots. Remember to wear masks, keep physical distance from those not living in your house, use the automatic hand sanitizers provided at each entrance and remember to keep safe for the common good.
In order to facilitate a 25% capacity, we have added an 11:00 A.M. Mass on Sunday beginning February 21st. Our new weekend Mass schedule is; Saurday 4:00 P.M. Vigil in English, 6:00 P.M. Spanish Mass, Sunday 7:30, 9:00, & 11:00 A.M. English and 4:00 P.M. Vietnamese.
We have also added a 7:00 A.M. Mass on Monday through Friday beginning on Monday February 22nd.
Please assist us in sanitizing the pews by not leaving anything behind in the pews.

The Diocese of Orange has agreed to participate in this study of parishioners at all parishes. This survey analyzes how parishioners view the needs and “culture” of their parish. This information becomes a tool to help identify a parish’s culture and can be used to help the diocese to understand the needs of a particular parish. All parishioners are invited to participate by clicking the link found at the bottom of this announcement. The survey takes about 20 to 30 minutes and is thought provoking. You are invited and encouraged to participate. Please click the following link to begin the survey. Thank you for your participation!
